Milt Sparks - Sig Sauer P365 with Optic Cut Black Versa Max 2
Often copied, but rarely equaled, the inside-the-waistband model Versa Max 2, the model VM-2 is a classic Milt Sparks Holsters original design concept.
Some key features include:
- A full metal reinforced mouth-band to aid in safe one-handed holstering of your sidearm.
- Widely spread, non-pivoting, offset belt loops to ensure that the butt of the gun will not shift even during the most rigorous of activity. Offset belt loops also provide for a thinner holster profile (less bulge) by virtue of the loops being off to the sides of the main body of the holster and not stacked on top of the gun.
- The forward belt loop is mounted to a floating tab, which is slotted from the main body of the holster to allow the mount to flex as needed to better conform to individual body shapes.
- Designed to be free of any exposed metal hardware on the body side of the holster that could come into contact with the users’ skin.
- Horsehide construction on the body side of all VM-2’s, which adds a little extra water-repellency where it is most needed.
- This holster is designed for the P365 with a cut for an red dot optic. Can also be used without the optic.
- 1.5" Belt loops.

"Optic Ready" VM II Holster for P365
Although I've used Milt Sparks VM II holsters for a number of my off duty handguns over the past 30+ years, this is my first purchase of their relatively new RDS/Optic Ready version. It came as no surprise that this one continues to demonstrate Milt Sparks Holsters' quality and attention to detail. My department finally authorized RDS-equipped handguns late last year, so I'm beginning the process of converting all of my off duty guns to Red Dots. I'll continue to stick with the Versa Max 2 for all of them due to the "all day comfort" provided by leather instead of plastic, as well as the VM II's one-handed reholstering that I've only been able to find with this specific IWB leather holster. This was my first purchase from Hawk Tech Arms, and their quick shipping was especially impressive. I wish they had the RDS VM II holsters in stock for my other off duty guns so that I could avoid the 10 month wait that Milt Sparks is currently showing with factory direct orders.

RDS Versa Max 2 for P365
I've used VersaMax 2 holsters almost exclusively to carry various off duty handguns over my past 30+ years in law enforcement. Finding their newer RDS-compatible holsters actually in stock has been virtually impossible until I recently discovered their listing on Milt Spark's website as a stocking dealer. I placed my online order late Wednesday afternoon, and it arrived in today's mail (following Monday morning). Perfect fit with the Holosun EPS Carry optic. Sure beats waiting 10 months for one direct from the Milt Sparks factory! Thank you HawkTech for the OUTSTANDING service, and thank you Milt Sparks for adding Red Dot Sight options to your line of holsters for those of us who still prefer leather over Kydex!
